QuickMail Pro, a Macintosh stalwart, enters the Windows e-mail fray as a seasoned veteran. The program brings along a few new features for its Windows debut. This Internet e-mail client software supports the Internet Post Office Protocol version 3 (POP3) and will give you connectivity from the office or remotely. The program includes custom forms creation, spell checking, searching capabilities, rules and personal address books.
You can send and receive messages by dialing up via point-to-point protocol (PPP) and serial line Internet protocol (SLIP). QuickMail Pro's Message Peek shows you the first few lines of a message before you open it.
